I created this documentary film, handling all aspects of the production myself, in 2018 while working for Catholic News Agency in Washington D.C. The film is about the Father McKenna Center, a Catholic day shelter for homeless men, and the people who work there. It features interviews with the homeless men, staff, and volunteers, and aims to paint a humanizing picture of a population that is often overlooked and denigrated.
